Loki ki barfi

Ingredients
1kg  squash ( loki )  
1 kg milk ( for making mava )
2 boul sugar 
1/2 bowl chopped dry fruits 
1 tea spoon ghee
2 big cardamom ( ilaaichi ) powder

Recipe 
First of all in big bowl with a water grate loki in water so that it will not get black 
in a nonstick kadai pour a 1 kg milk for boiling after that add a grated loki in a kadai and mix well till milk will not get into mava . you have to stir it continuously so that milk will not stick on a pan
in between  chopped all dry fruits 
when milk and loki will get dry turnoff the heat and put a pan a side for cooling it than add sugar and dry fruits  and cardamom powder .
take a try spry oil on it and set this into try and keep it in fridge for 1/2 hr
after that cut it into small piece and decorate with dry fruits and serve it

Palak ke cheele... Healthy food for kids...


Ingredients :-
1/2 cup onion paste 
2 chopped green chili
200gm palak paste
2 cup gram flour ( besan )
1/2 tea spoon turmeric ( Haldi )
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds ( saunf )
1/4 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwaain )
1/4 spoon red chili
1/2 TB spoon garlic paste
1/2 Tb spoon ginger paste
1 cup water

How To Make

In a big bowl add besan with all the ingredients except palak 
mix well all of them 
add palak and mix well
add 1/4 cup water only
after mixing hot a nonstick flat pan
without pouring oil just pour a batter of besan with the help of serving spoon 
and spread it on a pan in round shape 
after 1 minute turn it to another side and than pour a little oil o the sides of cheela 
it will be ready in just 5 min 
serve with chutnny or sauce ....

Namkeen Khichdi....

Ingredients 


All the pulses in 1 bowl  which u have at your home
1 chopped onion ( bareek kata hua pyaj)
u can aad all veggies which u have ( chopped capsicum, tomato, beans )
1/2 tb spoon garlic  (lahsun)
1/2 tb spoon ginger  (adrak)
cumin seeds (jeera)
mustered seed ( raai)
salt
red pepper (lal mirch)
green pepper
garam masala
1and 1/2 glass water

How to make (its very simple)


mix all pulses in a bowl , wash well  and soak for 1/2 hr
add oil in a cooker , heat for 2 min and add cumin seed and mustered seeds
after that add onion , cook till get pink
place all veggies
add  salt, red pepper, garam masala
place soaked pulses and water and cook for 4-5 whistle
open cooker after getting cool
u can add cilantro also..

Chili Paneer

Ingredients 


 For 4 serving

200 gram Paneer
paste1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 tbspoon garlic paste
1 tbspoon ginger paste
1/2 Red capsicum
1/2 Green capsicum '
1/2 Yellow capsicum
1/2 Orange capsicum
If you dont have different colors of capsicum you can use only green
cumin seeds
2 copped green chili
1 tb spoon red chili
1 tb spoon coriander powder
1/2  tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tb spoon soya sauce
1/2 tc spoon vinegar
1 serving spoon tomato sauce
1 cup water
 salt according to taste
corn starch for dusting and gravy

* How To Make *


first cut all capsicum into same size of big piece
cut onion into big size of piece
cut paneer into same size of small cubes
coat pneer with corn starch
after that fry them in a hot oil till get brown keep aside them

For Gravy:-

heat a oil in a large pan
add cumin seed , ginger-garlic paste for 1 minute
add tomato paste and fry for 1 min
add soya sauce , vinegar , tomato sauce ,water and all above spices
after 5 minute add 1 tbspoon of corn starch so that gravy get thick.
add all the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes
add fried cubes of paneer and stir well
now your chili paneer is ready
garnish with  chopped cilantro













 



Jhat Pat SandWich For Working Guys

Ingredients :-
For 1 person

4 Bread Slice
1/2 chopped  capsicum
1  chopped carrot
1/4 chopped Onion
1/2 chopped Tomato
Salt To Taste
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (Add red Pepper also)

Tomato Sauce for and white ranch for Dressing (optional )

* Recipe *

 Add Black pepper and salt into veggies mix well them

 Devide all chopped veggies  into 2 parts

Apply sauce and white ranch on slice of bread

 Stuffed  veggies between 2 slice of breads

 Roast a Stuffed Bread for 2-3 minute by turning them on a Pan.

Now your jaht pat sandwich is ready ...

Khataa - Meetha Green Mango Drink(Pana)


Ingredients:-


1 Green Mango
4 cup water
White Salt to taste
Black Rock Salt for taste
Fried Cumin Seed Powder ( you can fry it at home )
Dry Mint Powder
Red Chili Powder 
Sugar to Taste

Coal for Smoke which gives a very good and yummy Aroma .
Utensils :- Pan  and Blender

First Boil a Green Mango in a Pan till mango get softer than peel a cover 
and  take pulp in a mug for blending 

After that add 4 cup water or you can add according to your taste requirement and blend it properly 

add all above  ingredients according to taste

Last but not least how to smoke the Khataa- Meetha Green Mango Drink
put the coal onto the gas burner to burn it 
then put a steel bowl into a container in which your drink is then put a coal into bowl then pour a little amount of desi ghee over the coal and put a lid over the container so that a smoke will mix with a drink.
